There are many art processes that you can lead your clients through. Of course, you wouldn't do ALL of them with all parents! Having many processes to choose from helps you be a flexible mentor with tools to help your clients, depending on their needs. Familiarize yourself with each of the Birth Art processes in the main Birth as a Heroic Journey course, practice leading people through them,and do them for yourself! Imagine the scenarios in which one would be more powerful or effective than another, and then have them as resources you can draw on as an effective mentor.
Most Birthing from Within doulas carry birth art supplies with them to all prenatal visits. Having a few sheets of art paper pre-taped to a few boards, a sheet or table cloth to use as a drop cloth, and chalk pastels, will have you ready for whatever comes up!
