In this two part recorded series, Rachel Kalom (they/she) offers a groundwork for a greater sense of bodily agency and awareness rooted in the pelvic floor. Participants learn practices of value to adults of all ages and identities. Movement will be gentle, and can be done sitting in a chair or on the floor, with intermittent standing. You can expect a blend of experiential learning including yoga poses, meditation, and breath work in addition to discussions of anatomy and philosophy.
