Resources: Optimal Fetal Positioning
“Optimal Fetal Positioning” (OFP) refers to the theory that
1) a baby’s position inside a pregnant person’s body affects the course of the labor and birth; and
2) how a pregnant person moves their body can affect the baby’s position.
This is and oldie but goodie... from the originators of the concept of Optimal Fetal Positioning.
This is an excellent document demonstrating a "circuit" that can be implemented when a baby is in a Posterior Position.
