Intro to Mindfulness & Coping
One 60 minute virtual session.
Research shows that mindfulness-based practices can lower anxiety, support emotional resilience, and improve overall well-being. In this introductory one hour class, you will learn a foundational Birthing from Within mindfulness/coping practice to support you in pregnancy, labor, and beyond!
Class time includes engaging, experiential practice, so please come ready to participate!

Mindfulness & Coping Series
Four 90 minute virtual sessions held on 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, & 9/30
In this four week class series, you will learn and experience five of Birthing from Within's foundational pain-coping practices to build a framework for coping in pregnancy, labor, birth and beyond.
Mindfulness Class time includes engaging, experiential practice, so please come ready to participate!
