Demonstration and Resources: Non-Focused Awareness

Demonstration and Resources: Non-Focused Awareness

← Return to Module 4: The Call, Part 2

Non-Focused Awareness is a key component in Birthing from Within's collection of pain-coping practices. It is best to embody it yourself, learning first from within - the first two audio resources here will support you in starting there.

Listen to this All-Mentor conference call led by Pam England, in which she demonstrates and discusses Non-Focused Awareness. Then practice it on your own.

Since Non-Focused Awareness is a foundational pain-coping practice, it is important that you gain a broad understanding of it. Here are several audios/videos for you to use as resources as you dive into it.

Watch these videos that show some of our certified mentors leading parents through a foundation for pain-coping and Non-Focused Awareness... They are meant to be an example of how one mentor—during their training—did the process, and as a resource for your own learning and integration.
