Also note that I misspoke about the right ovary staying lower in the pelvis compared to the left, as the uterus grows. It's actually the reverse, the right ovary may rise up higher. This sometimes may contribute to the right side feeling "tighter" in the pelvis, which was what I was speaking to. (:
