I’m honored to serve as a Birthing From Within (BFW) Professional Trainer as we continue our tradition of changing the conversation about birth in our culture. Passing on the tried and true processes of Birth as a Heroic Journey is both privilege and gift. The work is ever new as we grow with it year after year. It rewards both giver and receiver.

Serving birthing parents as a Certified Doula (DONA) and Certified Childbirth Educator (BFW) keeps me in tune with what birthing parents want and need. Our individualized childbirth classes are extraordinary as they are personalized for each parent we serve.

Walking toward birth with these families is the greatest honor of my life.

In all the spaces I inhabit, I strive to build communities rooted in unconditional love and sustained by honest, open communication. In this way, through a variety of small steps fueled by strong positive intentions, I hope to make the world a better place.
