Virtual Birth Support

You may include one virtual birth support towards your certification, if needed. If you are submitting a birth summary for a birth you supported virtually, please include the Virtual Birth Support Addendum in addition to the standard certification packet forms. For any questions that do not apply due to virtual attendance, just write “n/a virtual” in the appropriate spaces.
