Certification Requirements
Some hospitals, birth centers, and other institutions will require proof of certification or training in order to attend a birth, especially during the Covid19 Pandemic. We are happy to provide a provisional certificate to help you attend births while you work towards certification. Please request one, if needed, using the form below. Please allow at up to two weeks for processing.
